What we collect
When you leave a message we store your name, email address, optional Instagram handle, your message, the type of inquiry, the page you sent it from and, where relevant, the object or variation it refers to.
Why
Only to read and answer your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the Privacy Policy box.
How it is used
Your message is visible only to the studio. It is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. We do not send newsletters unless you explicitly ask.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant and at most 24 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the address below. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary storage is used (for example, remembering your language).
